We provide digital compliance systems and technical implementation. We do not provide legal advice, and nothing on this website substitutes for advice from a qualified legal practitioner about your own circumstances.

We do not certify that any provider complies with any law, rule or standard. Compliance with the Aged Care Act 2024, the Aged Care Rules 2025 and every other obligation remains the provider's own.

References to legislation, rates and regulatory expectations on this site are general in nature and correct to the best of our knowledge on the date shown. Rates change, rules are amended, and regulator guidance is updated. Always check the current source before you rely on a figure or a legal reference, and tell us if you think something here is wrong.

If you engage us

Our services are supplied under a separate written agreement, being a Master Services Agreement and an Order Form signed by both parties. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and no engagement begins until that agreement is signed. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed agreement, your agreement prevails.

Intellectual property

The content, design, code and materials on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own internal business purposes. You may not republish, resell or build a competing product from them without our written permission.

Third party names and logos shown on this site identify prior professional work by our founders. They do not imply any endorsement of VantageWise by those organisations.
