Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Matthew Alberto and Tran Phuong Nguyen, trading in partnership as 3CK Impact, ABN 59 294 925 400, of 83 Princes Highway, St Peters NSW 2044. Our services are offered under the product name VantageWise.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and how to reach us about it.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into one of two forms, plus ordinary web server records.

• If you request an audit: your name, your facility or provider name, your work email address, your job role, and anything you write in the message field.
• If you book a call: your name, your email address, the time slot you choose, your timezone, and optionally a phone number and a note about what you want help with.
• Automatically: the technical records any website receives, including your IP address and browser type, kept by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site running.

We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send us, health information or any other sensitive information about residents.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to prepare and discuss the audit or work you have asked about, to arrange and hold the meeting you booked, and to keep our own records of that correspondence. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with, and where they are

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and communicate with you. Several of them operate outside Australia, so submitting a form or booking a call involves your information being handled overseas.

• Cloudflare hosts this website and provides the spam check on our forms. Its network spans many countries.
• Maileroo delivers the notification emails our forms generate. Located outside Australia.
• Google provides the calendar and video meeting service used for bookings, so your name, email and chosen time create a calendar entry and a meeting invitation. Located outside Australia.
• Zoho provides our email. Any correspondence with us is held there. Located outside Australia.

We do not otherwise disclose your personal information, except where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking correspondence for as long as it is relevant to our dealings with you and to our own business records. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting and spam-check providers may set cookies that are necessary for the site to work and to tell real visitors from automated traffic.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email matthew@vantagewise.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy issue, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
