ALIGNED TO THE AGED CARE ACT 2024 & AGED CARE RULES 2025

Your pricing and disclosure pages, kept current and on the record

We find what is missing or out of date on your public pages, publish what you approve, and keep a dated record of every change — so the answer to “what was on the site that day” is never a guess.

See what we look for

Led by a Legal Engineer (Master of Laws, UCL) — we read the statute and build to it.

Our founders have built & managed websites and digital campaigns for Australia’s leading health & disability institutions

  • Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation
  • Sydney Eye Hospital Foundation
  • Guide Dogs NSW/ACT
  • Cystic Fibrosis Community Care
  • The Housing Connection

What we find

Three things that go out of date on their own

Pricing, printed collateral and disclosure documents all drift once they are published. These are the three we check, and the three we keep current.

PRICING

Unapproved Fee Exposure

Quarterly MPIR changes silently invalidate published RAD/DAP figures. Because your published price is the cap you can charge, a stale figure quietly leaks daily accommodation revenue on every new admission. The Commission has published the expectation that room prices appear on your own website as well as My Aged Care, and asks providers to review the two each quarter — a check no static website performs on its own.

COLLATERAL

Stale Fee Schedules In Circulation

Fees are indexed every 20 March and 20 September. The website may be updated on the day — but the downloadable price sheet, the printed brochure at reception and the copy already emailed to a family are not, and each one is a published price a resident can hold you to.

GOVERNANCE

Transparency & GPFR Failures

Your general purpose financial report has to be publicly accessible on your own website within five months of the end of the reporting period, and stay there for at least three years (Aged Care Rules 2025, s.166-345(13)). Lodging it with the regulator is a separate obligation. Keeping it findable for three years is a maintenance duty, not an upload.

What we do

Three things we keep current for you

One governed source behind your pricing, your collateral and your disclosures.

Statutory pricing that updates itself

Every RAD, DAP and combination figure on your site is bound to a governed source of truth. When the quarterly MPIR moves, your published prices move with it — concurrently, accurately, and with a permanent record of what was shown on which date.

  • Quarterly MPIR propagation
  • RAD cap guardrails
  • Combination-payment accuracy

The deliverable

A one-page record of what was published — every month

On the first of each month, your board receives a single dated report. No dashboards to learn, no jargon to decode — just a clear record of what was published on your website, when it changed, and what is still outstanding.

  • Audit-ready evidence trail
  • Forwarded straight to the board
  • Dated and signed by us

The founders

Led by award-winning Australian healthcare innovators

VantageWise was built by a Legal Engineer (Master of Laws) and a Tech & Social Care founder. Prior to engineering compliance solutions for the Aged Care Act, our founders built medical tech platforms that won the Pride of Australia Medal, and managed digital infrastructure for institutions including the Sydney Children’s Hospital and Guide Dogs NSW/ACT. We bring an unmatched blend of clinical empathy, digital security, and strict statutory discipline to the aged care sector.
