PRICING
Quarterly MPIR changes silently invalidate published RAD/DAP figures. Because your published price is the cap you can charge, a stale figure quietly leaks daily accommodation revenue on every new admission. The Commission has published the expectation that room prices appear on your own website as well as My Aged Care, and asks providers to review the two each quarter — a check no static website performs on its own.
COLLATERAL
Fees are indexed every 20 March and 20 September. The website may be updated on the day — but the downloadable price sheet, the printed brochure at reception and the copy already emailed to a family are not, and each one is a published price a resident can hold you to.
GOVERNANCE
Your general purpose financial report has to be publicly accessible on your own website within five months of the end of the reporting period, and stay there for at least three years (Aged Care Rules 2025, s.166-345(13)). Lodging it with the regulator is a separate obligation. Keeping it findable for three years is a maintenance duty, not an upload.

Every RAD, DAP and combination figure on your site is bound to a governed source of truth. When the quarterly MPIR moves, your published prices move with it — concurrently, accurately, and with a permanent record of what was shown on which date.
A price is not published once. It sits on your website, in the downloadable price sheet, and in the printed fee schedule a family is handed at the door — and those three drift apart the moment indexation moves. VantageWise generates all three from the same governed source, each stamped with the date it was published.
Disclosures, financial reports and pricing history are published where the law requires — on your own domain — and independently sealed and timestamped as they change. If the ACQSC reviews an admission three years from now, you produce the exact record that was live on the day.
